Rental Rates
Large Cottage
$125 for two guests per night at large cottage. $15 for each additional person.
Plus 13% State and Room Tax.
Small Cottage
$105 for two guests per night at small cottage plus $15 for third person.
Plus 13% State and Room Tax.
A deposit for one night stay is required. A confirmation will be sent after receiving deposit.
Cancellation policy: A refund of down payment will be granted if we can rent the cottage to another party. A $20 service fee applies to all cancellations.
Early departure: You are responsible for all nights reserved.
Check in 3:00 pm, check out 11:00 am.
