The Small Cottage sleeps two.

The bedroom has one full size bed and living room has a pull out couch that can accommodate a third guest. Bathroom with shower, table for three, cooktop, small fridge, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. Small cooking facility in living room. New stainless grill and picnic table are located next to the cottage. Linens, bath towels and hair dryer provided. Free firewood provided for waterfront fire pit.

$105/night for two guests, $15 per extra guest. Plus 11% State and Room Tax.
